庆阳国际传播中心揭牌Qingyang International Communication Center Officially Unveiled

9月22日，在2026（第九届）甘肃媒体融合创新与发展论坛上，庆阳国际传播中心揭牌。

On September 22, the Qingyang International Communication Center was officially unveiled at the 2026 (9th) Gansu Media Integration Innovation and Development Forum.

庆阳国际传播中心是在庆阳市委宣传部指导下，庆阳市融媒体中心运营的市级专业国际传播机构，主要承担国际叙事体系构建、双语精品内容生产、海外传播矩阵运营、外宣协同与风险防控等职能,定位为“中国算谷”对外传播中心、老区高质量发展国际化叙事基地、算力科技与黄土人文融合传播平台。

Operating under the guidance of the Publicity Department of the Qingyang Municipal Party Committee and managed by the Qingyang Integrated Media Center, the center is a municipal-level professional international communication institution. Its core functions include building an international narrative system, producing high-quality bilingual content, operating overseas communication platforms, and coordinating external publicity and risk prevention. It is positioned as the external communication hub for the "Computing Valley of China," an international narrative base for the high-quality development of old revolutionary base areas, and a platform for integrating computing technology with Loess Plateau cultural communication.

据了解，该中心将立足庆阳“东数西算”枢纽节点优势，搭建海外全媒体传播矩阵，开展双向国际品牌活动，打造算力、文化、生态三大特色传播IP，对外讲好庆阳产业、人文、生态故事，进一步提升“高天厚土· 福地庆阳”城市品牌国际辨识度与对外影响力。

It is reported that the center will leverage Qingyang's advantages as a hub node in the "East Data, West Computing" initiative to build a comprehensive overseas media communication matrix, carry out two-way international branding activities, and develop three distinctive communication IPs centered on computing power, culture, and ecology. Through these efforts, it aims to tell the world the stories of Qingyang's industry, culture, and ecology, and further enhance the international recognition and external influence of the city brand "High Sky and Rich Soil · Blessed Land Qingyang."
